I figured I should share this recipe with you nice folks in case some of you start having summer parties soon (not close to having them here with many feet of snow still on the ground). My family has been doing this for about 2 years and we serve this with about anything. This is a really simple recipe for a nice summer drink, refreshing and perfect for summer days (I know, how can it not be beer, right?). You should put the ingredients in the fridge to cool them and make it when you are ready to serve it (carbonation). Here it is:
1/2 Sparkling water (Perrier, Pellegrino, the cheapest Costco stuff you can get is fine)
1/2 Cranberry juice.
Yup. That's it. For added taste you can add a little lemon juice. I know it's not a huge discovery, but I suggest you try it and I really wanted to share it with you guys.
