I ordered a pack of 1318 online from MoreBeer with an ice pack. It came today hot, it was 85 out, and already activated. I was planning on making a starter with it tonight but I don’t know if its usable. I don’t know for sure when it was activated but it was shipped on Tuesday morning.

The yeast should be ok unless it got over about 110°F. Your starter will proof the yeast so you will know before you start you brew day if the yeast is good or bad. Meanwhile, order some dry yeast as a back up.
