Hello all!

I recently brewed northern brewers Saison De Noel partial extract kit with steeping grans. It is outstanding to say the least. has anyone else brewed this?
Even though I liked it, I wasnt totally fond of the Saison yeast flavors and I would like to try it with another yeast. Any suggestions??
