Hello All,

Got sick of bottling and got a really good deal on a few kegs w co2 tank. Tonight I hope to keg my first beer.

I have an spare fridge that I'm going to add a couple spouts to. In the meantime, I'm going to use a party keg line.

I'll be keging a Summer Ale. 25psi for a few days and lower to 8-10 psi sound about right?

30 psi for 36 hours then serving pressure. This is assuming the beer is cold to begin with. If it's warm then add another half day. It'll still take a few days after that for it to get to the proper level but it should have some head and carbonation after the initial high pressure.

I do what Subdivisions said.

I've had some beers that carb up very nicely after the 36 hour mark at 30psi. Others still need a few days to get good. I usually keep mine at 10-12 after that.

Thanks for the responses!

Perfect! Hoping it'll be drinkable for the Hawks game Friday night.

Thanks guys/gals!
