That's some wonderful lacing! I've never had the pleasure of drinking a Two Hearted Ale and I'm honestly not the biggest IPA fan, but that looks damn sexy. Cheers!

Thank you. I think this is a great beer for people that don't love IPA. It's very balanced and kind of "orangey". Sorry I'm not great at describing flavors lol.

The Deshutes Fresh Squeezed clone I brewed today (in hydrometer) looks a lot like the Sierra Nevada Celebration IPA I’m drinking now. Which I really like.
Bottled 4 × 750ml champagne bottles of the inaugural batch of Sour Plum Hoi Polloi-mbic -- Lachancea-Brettanomyces tart ale aged on 50/50 sour and sweet local Alabama plums.
Sample pint, uncarbed but nicely tart and very plum-y.

'Murican session stout. Made from odds & ends grains I had around. Belgian Vienna, torrefied wheat, choc malt, roasted barley, victory. Centennial and Columbus at 20, Triple Perle in whirlpool. US-05. 4.4% ABV.
How did it turn out?
Guess I could've mentioned that.
It turned out nice. After 3 weeks bottled, it was OK, hop bitterness a little harsh, but a week later the edge came off and it hit its stride. Good balance of roastiness and hop bitterness/flavor. I'll definitely brew that one again.

Smoked Cherry Stout (and one of the first pours from my new kegerator)......
I called this beer "post-partum stout" because I brewed it for my wife to enjoy when she could drink again but she never asked for one so I'm drinking one of the last bottles of it. At four months in the bottle I definitely can taste the brown sugar I added (at her request). It is a damn delicious 8% ABV Stout with a very muted roast character.

My latest batch. A simple no frills oatmeal stout.
"Light Weight Baby IPA"- Citra and Nelson Sauvin w/ Voss yeast- ABV 5.13%
~Brewed from Nick Rodammer's low carb/low cal recipe in Zymurgy Magazine great article!!!! Around 155cal and 5-8carbs per 12oz (glucoamylase enzyme used)
~One if the best and easy drinking NEIPA I have made.........
Belated Holiday Tripel (brewed in November, but it needed more time to age/mature).....
Sometimes I wonder what I'm actually drinking!
