This is a Belgian Witbier after 8 weeks in the bottle. I forgot to rouse the sediment before pouring this one 😮

American Wheat w/ Galaxy hops. This is the first "bad" beer I've brewed in years. I'm not sure what the issue is but it just came across as grassy and bitter. If you're a fan of west coast IPAs then you'd probably love this beer, but I was looking for an easy summer sipper. I'm having a party this weekend and will probably dump whatever is left over after that.
