Amber Ale

Piwo Grodziskie. If a beer can be both smoky and refreshing, this style is it. Weyermann oak smoked wheat (and a little acid malt for adjustment). Not quite traditional--I used Triple Perle and US-05, but at 3.6% ABV, it'll be a good summer drinker.

An amberish Blonde or a blondish Amber. Half 2-row and half Munich 10L. Beersmith says it’s too dark (8 SRM) to be a blonde and too light to be an Amber. Whatever. It‘s a pretty tasty, fizzy yellow beer.

Accidental Imperial Pilsner from before I had my water volumes figured out. Been lagering for 3 weeks, still kinda harsh. I pop one every week just to see how it changes since it was my first lager.

Too much rosemary in this batch. I think I'm going cut it half-n-half with another batch without the herbs.

Tapped my keg of english brown ale 13B tonight.
Turned out good - wanted more caramel intensity, but it's clean with bread and toast flavors. Golden naked oats promote character.
