Brown ale

Pumpkin ale. I always say this isn't one of my favorite beers to brew or drink, but when I make one, I try do it right: 3 roasted pumpkins, roasted pumpkin seeds, restrained spice usage so it doesnt overwhelm everything.

This is my Wheat Flour Witbier. I’m surprised at how hazy it is. Although, it is pretty darn white. It’s drinkable for sure but I expected the T-58 to add a bit more (not really sure what the more would have been though, spicy?).

Nice. I have been making a no boil wheat beer recently. I keg it after 6 days and by 14 it's gone. I love the no boil style, have a NEIPA on the go now.
Love to hear that NEIPA result. Did you boil hops on the side?

HB No Boil Hefe Batch II. This is more spicy/clovey. Got a bit cooler here.

My simple 40% white wheat 60% 2 row. 1oz HG Columbus for 30 min and 1oz. At flame out. T58 yeast. 152deg mash. Tried west coast with another batch the T58 adds the extra flavor that is needed for basic ingredients. This is one the the best "light beer" recipes I have brewed and simple. Around 4.5-5.0abv

Added a better picture.
