Hey guyz and galz im Tony and im new here,been homebrewing now for 6 months.Im in Texas and do mostly extract,some mini mash.Im on my 10th or 11th batch of brew.Im still kinda of new to this but ive had great results(So far).Looking to improve my skills,so ill be asking ?'s here and there.I dont mind sharing recipes,so if you want one let me know.

I'm not a clean freak by any means; a quick glance at my Jeep will show you that much.

But so help me, I turn into a furious whirlwind of bacterial death come brew day.
