Hi brewers, greetings from Hilversum, Noord-Holland

I just started my first batch of cider (6L) a few hours ago using champagne yeast and 100% apple juice from the supermarket in a 25L brewing bucket. My aim is principally how to organise all the processes for future brewing of beer.

Hello from Purmerend, Noord-Holland (Just joined myself, after hanging around unregistered for a few months). I'm wondering what brand of AJ you used and eventually how this turned out.
 
I used Appelsientje Goudappeltje 1,5L from the Jumbo (1,5L is easier to carry in the bike).

I'm planning on using "diksap" for the next batch. I'll keep you informed!
