Hi brewers, greetings from Hilversum, Noord-Holland
I just started my first batch of cider (6L) a few hours ago using champagne yeast and 100% apple juice from the supermarket in a 25L brewing bucket. My aim is principally how to organise all the processes for future brewing of beer.
I'm afraid you will see more rather often in these forums.
