I've put together a NEIPA recipe, but i'm short on money, and my brew supplier only sels 50 and 30g hop packages, so that is something I had to be aware of, so I wanted to ask you guys if this is still a working recipe.
15l batch
Grains:
American Pale Ale malt 2kg
Marris Otter 1kg
Flaked oats 200g

Hops:
15g Mosaic and 10g Citra for ten minute boil
5g Mosaic and 10g Citra for 15 minutes of whirlpool
20g Amarillo First wort

30g of mosaic, 10g of citra, 10g of amarillo mixed and divided into two three day long dry hops.

If my conversions are right you are to low on the hops, especially in the whirlpool. I use the following rates for 5 gallons.

.5 oz boil @ 10 mins
6 oz whirlpool 30 mins
8 oz dry hop. Either all at once on day 2, or split 4 and 4 day 2 and 4.

So up the hops with a huge volume! Thanks, I was hoping I could get away with using less, but I'l do what I have to do!

What do you think of the grains?
