I looked at each town on the train line and didn't come across it. Alternatively, I found the picture a couple times in Google Images, but it didn't have any information attached to it whatsoever, and the building was slightly different in each picture (logo was different, color was off, etc).

The street there is part of an "old town", much like the altstadt of Dusseldorf if you've been there. There is a much bigger town nearby. Long before I went, I read a very good fictional story that was based in this town. When I got to go, I was excited because I knew some of its history already. One of the things this place is best known for is right there in the picture.
