Two Beers... cool. I purchased a few carboys from Joel at Two Beers when he was just getting started, and was upgrading to conicals. I have not tried his IPA, but he gave me a sample of his porter, and it was awesome.

We're brewing our Dubbel at Lazy Boy Brewing on Thursday next week. Won't be on at opening but will be on tap within the next few weeks.

so for me, i guess it will depend on what time they are planning on opening the doors, and what time others are going to get there

I know the feeling, I have the top two people in the enterprise coming in to visit the next day... have to bring "The A Game" that day... can't be hungover.

I just read through most of the original post, Congrats, it looks like you have a recipe for success. Seeing the pics reminds me of a lot of the great brew pubs that I miss from living in Portland. I am on the east side of the state but I will have to make a trip over some time to support the cause.
