The flavors are as follows:
2 carboys of apple juice (sydterol apples in English?)
1 carboy of apple and mango juice
1 carboy of raspberry and pear juice
I did make the apple juice cider once before while I made that mead. It was the best cider I had ever tasted. I do hope these 2 turn out just as good because that was seriously heavenly.
In my previous projects I always used yeast nutrient, but I decided to try without it this time and see if the yeast could still do its magic.
I used "Wyeast 4766 Cider"
