Chorlton have been making kettle sour and mixed ferm beer in Manchester for a few years - opening up in the Senne valley and producing canned products would cause a stir.

Repost from the hauls tread. Some 1980's Hanssens gueuze and kriek with the old heavy style champagne bottles that I got from a family friend, same cellar since purchase. This is probably a long shot but does anyone know when Hanssens switched to the newer (lighter) style 75 bottles? I'm opening one tomorrow at a tasting, looking forward to it

I think we are lucky in that the majority of the neckbeards around now have no ******* idea what Dirty Horse was/is. I ordered one when I saw it this morning, I was intrigued.

i was gonna say the same thing but here comes Marc to prove us wrong hahaha

theres still 23 left though, i think that says something...
 
I picked up my box set yesterday. Since a friend of mine had been waiting in line for some other bottles and was ahead, I gave him my proof of purchase. They wouldn't give it to him unless I went there and showed them my ID.
