******* hell though, I'm still re-reading this.

Two kinds of faro? Two kinds of kriekenlambic? Eight vintages of OGV including a magnum?

Christ. I'm definitely going there next weekend.

Do they ever post what's available to go?
So far they have had nothing vintage or .rar to go except on the public brew days in September. That's likely to continue, I think. The store had regular Gueuze, Kriek, Intense Red and 375 A&G when I was there in December, that seemed "normal".

So a local bottle shop posted a pic of EU bottles of 3F. I am good friends with the family that owns it, they did not buy a bulk pack online and resell, they have no idea what a bulk pack is, these bottles came from a newer distributor. I'm not totally surprised but kind of am that they'd risk something like that. What are the chances Shelton is off loading EU bottles in the US market? None?
It happens. I've gotten EU labeled Cantillon at stores that I know don't do that. If you think about how blase most lambic producers are about labeling and how impossible it would be to check each bottle individually, it's not surprising that sometimes they'd get mixed up.

shelton has done that with cantillon here previously

June 1-3 for me. Looking for some company at moeder both nights and cantillon the 2.

Noticed that bottle list at 3F yesterday so probably have to get out there too! Tough when traveling with a 2 year old and your wife though

there's a chance that I'll be there on the 2nd, but in all likelihood will be arriving on the 3rd :(

There's been a new batch? Yikes

Yeah, batch 1 had 750's and 375's (still have a box of those) don't think that one had Magnums or at least they were not telling about those in the brewery.
Batch 2 had 375's and they mentioned "dangerous" magnums :) Have not seen 750's of those. At least not for sale...

You are a brave, brave man. Traveling in Belgium anywhere with my two year old sounds like an absolute ******* nightmare.

How many "batches" of A&G can there be? I mean we all know "A&G" is just going to be what regular 3F OG is from here on out, but how long are they going to slap those names on the label, where is the line drawn..isn't the whole point of a "Cuvee" that it's special? If different bottlings from the same stocks of lambic are also different blends, doesn't that defeat the whole purpose of using that label as well...
