I have the standard BOA rewards CC, not sure what the fee is yet but I doubt it's over 2%. Still nice to use paypal and not get charged any foreign transaction BS

I have always got better rates through debit/credit cards than PayPal even after 2% fees. Paypal exchange rates are always higher than actual exchange value, they charge you too it's just hidden. Seems like it's usually about 3% above market exchange rate on my PayPal purchases on Etre, compared to 2% on debit card, or 0% on Chase Sapphire card, so I for one really appreciate the option to use be card...especially since after rewards points it's really another 1-2% cheaper.

But uh...back to lambic.

I had the Armand & Gaston this weekend, my understanding is that this is the oude gueuze blend but the first bottling from their own wort?

It was very good, just seeing if there was anything distinguishing it from the previous gueuze.

Beergium doesn't ship to the US?

Also, what was available last week at the de molen web shop?
Whoops, sorry, my mistake.

I didn't see the US in the table on the shipping page, so I jumped to conclusions.

A&G was available last week at the De Molen Online Shop (which now really doesn't ship to the US), and as far as I can tell from their facebook posts, it lasted like 3 days.

Had a small lambic tasting w 4friends the other day. All bottles were fantastic but my personal favorites were 3F oude geuze 2000 (bottle without label), 3F vintage 2002, Zenne, and Crianza.

ISO Small Lambic. Can offer BIG stouts

Edit: 50th was also a bit on the sweeter side (too sweet, imho). This was quite different to van't kasteel which was quite acidic.

wish they would distro those to the U.S. at a decent price. Im not starting to see places charging $10 for a boon 375ml. I always got the 750mls for less than $10

Yeah, I think these came to like $5-6 a bottle after shipping. Seems kind of expensive given how cheap these are in Belgium but still nice to have a few around.
