how does that smell?
Not bad. I think the interior lining imparts a nice intestinal terroir onto the bottles.

I've had an 08 and 09 25cl Boon. It tastes the same as the regular 750's if that's what you mean. They weren't particularly mind blowing. Just needed to fill in a little unused weight in an etre box.Has anyone ever had the 25cl capped Geuze Boon? I've heard mixed reports that it isn't quite the same taste-wise. I kind of really want to order a crate from BiaB just to have for summer slamming. It's not particularly cost effective volume-wise, but having the crate would be cool. http://belgiuminabox.com/shop/geuze.../2834-boon-oude-geuze-0375l.html#.VQitVmb9vN4
This current cold spell is nothing like the entire month of february. I would not worry since it will likely make it to you within 1 day of leaving JFKSonofabitch. Etre shipped my box a week before I asked them to and we're back in another cold spell...hoping for the best.
Define cheap?Did a quick search and didn't come up with anything.
Is there anyone doing some cheap climate control for their lambic collections? Got some pictures?
The old Brouwerij Goossens is up for sale.

tylermains, you in bro?I'll go in on the kickstarter. Drive a forklift for a living so I can do **** in the barrel room and whatnot. And I'd be of some help (like all of us) doing tastes of blends.
No brewing, just blending..... For now.neckbeards and their ill thought out plans...
1 million euros and judging by the equipment in the photo you would be no closer to brewing lambic, but pretty darn close to filing bankruptcy.

If it's just for blending rent some warehouse space buys some barrels and start having wort delivered. no sense in going a million in debt just for a buildingNo brewing, just blending..... For now.

I doubt Tilquin spent 1 million up front on real estate.
