Has anyone ever had the 25cl capped Geuze Boon? I've heard mixed reports that it isn't quite the same taste-wise. I kind of really want to order a crate from BiaB just to have for summer slamming. I've had an 08 and 09 25cl Boon. It tastes the same as the regular 750's if that's what you mean. They weren't particularly mind blowing. Just needed to fill in a little unused weight in an etre box.

I have an upright freezer with temperature controller. Works like a boss.

A good temp controller can be had for less than $100 and is almost idiot proof.

If it's just for blending rent some warehouse space buys some barrels and start having wort delivered. no sense in going a million in debt just for a building
