eh, i've ordered several times a couple days before the deadline, and held through to the next deadline... it's almost one of those "you can get a pass for a couple bottles if you've shipped a box in the quarter already" deals... or has been for me in the past.
I know, Jonathan already confirmed that they'll hold the new order. It's more than I was kinda scrounging for stuff that sounded interesting, whereas these would've been an easier take. It's all good though.

For us Dutchies we just need to reach the 10 kilo limited to get free shipping, and it’s always nice to just fill the box with extra De La Senne until I hit that free shipping line :D
Both Taras Boulba and Zinnebir were out of stock when I filled up my box last week

I know a couple people who successfully bought 2 packs and already received them via post...ordering two isn't the issue. Maybe oversold?

That must be it. But we'll never know because its been a month (since November 11) and they still haven't responded to my multiple inquiries.

De Cam is really affordable at the brewery but even in Belgium most places charge more then double, the oude lambiek is 7 euro and a bottle of gueuze is 8 euro at the source I believe
I never understood De Cam pricing. Or specifically distro pricing. They are generally considered great, but sub-Cantillon/3F, yet they are consistently the most expensive lambic.

I rate it above Cantillon/3f any day!

Overused gif is overused, but appropriate.

Antidoot L'Or Du Pré now available on Etre:

Fist beer release from Antidoot. Slightly sour/funky saison where dandelion flowers were added to the coolship. It was then aged in red wine barrels for several months.

Sounds pretty weird. Can't wait to give it a try. (Also a reminder that the quarter closes tomorrow, I believe.)

Buying at the source is always the cheapest way.
This is not usually the case in the USA, for beers that can be bought at stores, so what you are saying may not be as obvious to everyone in this thread.

Here a brewery will charge their wholesaler 7.99 per 6pk,
who will then sell it to a store for $9.99, with a "suggested retail" of $11.99.
Then at the brewery shop, they will also charge $11.99 for the 6pk

They need to leave some room for their wholesaler, who is warehousing their beer and delivering to bars and stores, to make some money. They also don't want their retail partners who are so kind to stock their beer, to get cursed out by a customer who says "I can go to the brewery and buy it for $7.99". That would quickly get you dropped by the store, and now you are relying 100% on customers coming to the brewery, and none of your beer is being sold except when the brewery store is open.

I know we are in the Lambic thread, but European breweries who can make lots of beer, probably do this too. Since Lambic is so limited (they have no trouble finding people to buy it) the rules are a little different.

Shop in Lancaster got 750s of 3f A&G and cantillon OG. 3f was $35 Cantillon was $25. Tilquin 750s in the same shop were $27 I think.
I have recently seen Tilquin Gueuze as high as $34.99 and the fruit 750s as high as $47.99

I'm not even talking about "the good ole days"... even 2 years ago you could get Gueuze 375 for $12.99 and 750 for $24.99- I have a closet full of them to show for it! I guess it's a little better than underpriced and some guy buys every bottle (I used to do that, although it was 2 bottles a week until they were gone, not a all at once) but it doesn't seem like Tilquin is quite where 'loons and 3F are in terms of people going nuts for them, at least yet. Or else this store where I have acquired 90% of my Lambic really is a honeyhole that Lambic drinkers in my area just don't know about.

I just saw Tilquin Pinot Noir for $39.99. I bought two  but I passed on the 3f. Im a 3F Stan but if I can get it in bulk on etre for less ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Loons and 3F almost never hit the shelves but the tilquin does with slightly more frequency and much more volume but it just sits.
