Something similar happened to me about 7 years ago. Store got in a case of 3F 750 OGs, first time I’d seen 750s in my area in a long time. No shelf tag w/ price so I only grabbed a bottle and checked out. It rang up as $10.99. Cashier and I both looked confused and said that couldn’t be right. She called the manager, he checked and verified that the 750s were incorrectly priced as 375s (because this store never had 750s in their system). Manager looked at me, smiled and said “this is your lucky day. We messed up, get the $10.99 price.” If only I grabbed more than one bottle. After I left they immediately fixed the price to $19.99.

I once got some Classic Gueuze 750's for $7.49 probably because they thought a case was 12? The shelf tag for Fou Foune next to it was like $9.99 but someone beat me to those.

Woop is all I was able to land as well. I was really hoping for the Gentianna. But after seeing how fast those went, I'm just glad I got one at all. I've never had Antidoot, but after hearing so many good things I felt I should try something of theirs. Wishing that I hadn't passed on them the last time they appeared on Etre.

Gentianna Lutea

Inspired by alpine liquors and Italian amaro this 1y old sour-bitter beer was brewed with foraged gentian root and organic bitter oranges both added to the coolship overnight and infused in the barrels.

Those bottles moved faster than most 3F blends have as of late. They are sneaky under the radar to the point that the website couldn't even handle the traffic.

Although, so far with Antidoot, I must be in the minority because L'Or du Pre was entirely underwhelming to me and I opened it with zero expectations.

Although, so far with Antidoot, I must be in the minority because L'Or du Pre was entirely underwhelming to me and I opened it with zero expectations.

Honestly, I passed the last time they popped up on Etre because the reviews on Untappd are good, but not great. I figured I wasn't missing much. But, I'll give it a whirl before the hype train takes these beers to a level more ridiculous than they apparently already have gotten.

From the first release only the Reine des Vergers was exceptional

From the new one, that Gentiana is bonkers good and woop woop is very good but clearly a young lambic. Didn't try the rest.

I've only had their beers at Carnovale Brettanomyces, Zwanze and another cider bottle. Nice stuff, but this hype is really baffling.

Yeah it's bizarre where it came from all of a sudden. I admit I was hyping it up over here as well but I just love **** like this.
What I don't get is why breweries like Kemker and Nevel who are doing pretty similar stuff are totally under the radar and have trouble selling their stuff even. Maybe because Antidoot is Belgian?

Shhhh, don't mention those, I really don't want them to go the same way (both really good breweries though, and they both really got better this past year).
