Fantastic. Finially some real information in here. From what I've gathered oude means orange, kriek has something to do with the quality of the wood it was aged in, and framboise sounds French so it must mean surrender or some such.

We should Start a website to get all this good lambic info out there. Any thoughts on a domain name?
