So I started my first couple batches of wine with concord grapes from our garden, yeast ro water and sugar. I made 2 one gallon jugs of it. It seems to be coming along well started fermenting and airlocked now. I was just wondering if having a few of the stems left in there may be not good because of methanol... im very new to this and just wanted to try it for some fun and because I had the grapes available. I took most of the stems off but as I went thru the whole gallon I kinda got lazy towards the end :cross: so there are some grapes with a bit of stem still stuck in! Thanks for any info!
