Hey guys,

I am wiring an Inkbird ITC-1000 temperature controller into my fridge. I was following the photos @Sellick had provided with his build, but one thing wasn't made clear. The white wire that comes off the back of the old dial controller as well as the yellow/green wire, what in the world do I do with them?

Answered in the other thread, but just realized... are you're talking about the white, metal "wire"? The old one connected to the dial? That's no longer needed, same with the green/yellow for your new setup. The white "wire" is what runs off to the temp probe in the back of your fridge. I have mine just dangling in the back of my kegerator, never see it because it's always behind a keg. Hope that helps!
