So this is the first time since I started home brewing that I have become impatient with the waiting game. It has been 2 weeks in the bottle for my Irish Red and ESB, and 2.5 weeks for my dunkelweizen. I really want to give it another week, but I popped a bottle of each in the fridge tonight and will be testing them out tomorrow. Not sure why now is different than before... other than I think these may be the three best batches I have made to date, they even tasted good before going into bottles! I know I'm not alone on the patience issue... which is why I have another 2 brews scheduled so I don't run out again :tank:

That's one good thing about kegging - it cuts down on the waiting time

chill, carbonate, drink

I've kegged beer in the morning and been drinking it that night

There is nothing wrong with drinking your brew after only two
weeks. The way i see it its your beer your hobby do as you like.
Now that i keg, my beers dont last much longer then that
after leaving the primary.

See I was SOOO impatient, I didn't spell check before posting :p

I just checked the bottles and I don't even think I have chill haze! Can't wait to crack one open tonight... now which goes first?!
