Hydromel Recipe anyone

I'm looking to make a light table mead that has a quick turn around.


Any input, thoughts, or suggestions?

Use a naturally flowery, fragrant honey. My personal preference is one of the berry-blossom honeys (blackberry or raspberry). Since the mead will be "light" to begin with, you'll want something aromatic to bolster the flavor as much as possible.

Thanks for the suggestion, I think you are going to be spot on. Doing a hydromel with blackberry honey. I will post on the results.
