How much Oxyclean Free Do I Use in my BB's?

I have 2, 5 gallon BB's that I need to use for my secondary fermentation chambers for my Helles Bock. I don't think that they are dirty, but they have been sitting empty for about 3 years now. Sooooo, I bought some Oxyclean Free when I got these BB's. How much Oxyclean should I use for my 5 gallon BB's, and how long should I let the solution sit before I empty it out?

I haven't used it in BBs yet, but I put a half scoop when I clean out my kegs. I let it sit for about 15 min with some hot water, and all the gunk comes right out with a good rinse. Can't imagine it'd be much different for your BBs.

I use one scoop in a bucket,corny keg or carboy, 3 in a keggle.

Scoops are different sizes. The scoop in a 14# box are 4 times the size of the scoop in a 1 1/2# pkg.
