I am going to make agar plates for streaking and have a question. I've seen recipe's for making agar. All of the ones I've found use DME. I'm planning on making some 2 row wort to pressure can for starters. I was going to use the same to make agar. My question is how much agar to i need to add to the wort? Is there a percentage of agar to wort? The agar I have I got from an asian food store so it's dry and would be weighing out however much is needed. Thanks for the help!

Should not matter whether you are using wort you mashed or DME (I also make and can wort). The agar you get from a lab supply usually calls for 15 to 20 g per liter so that's 1.5 to 2 g per 100 mL. For plates I prefer the the high end as it make a firm media that is easy to work with. I've not used the asian market agar.
