After a couple splendidly disastrous attempts at pouring my own plates (pretty certain I started COVID in my kitchen) I started to wonder about the pre poured agar plates I’ve seen on Etsy. They look economical enough for my purposes but there are many different kinds. Potato…malt etc. which is suitable for growing and isolating wild yeast? I’d assume the malt ones but want to make sure. Anyone with experience know which type of agar is suitable? Thanks!
