I like to cut up the turkey, heat it in the gravy and put it over pasta, spagetti works best. A little salt and pepper, yikes.

Also, If your sandwich does not contain cranberry sauce you're doing something wrong.

My soon to be fil introduced me to the wonders of leftover stuffing and gravy with a bit of turkey on a piece of buttered white bread. Butter + gravy + stuffing = love. Do the math people, it adds up.

I HATE leftovers. Hate them in all shapes/sorts/kinds.

But I did have some leftover turkey to use so I made a turkey shepherd's pie. The rest of the family ate some turkey sandwiches, though.

no sammiches for me. plenty of leftover turkey, though. i take my turkey neat, thank you.

best part this year was the brussel sprout hash and the apple pie. we accidentally left the cranberry sauce out overnight, so it was toast.

We threw out the rest of the leftovers last night, they were starting to smell.

I was thinking of this thread the entire time. "Should I just make them into a sandwich?".

I didn't...

We made another turkey dinner on Sunday so we could have leftovers.

We went to the wife's Grandparents house for Turkey day and there were 20 people there so I had no turkey for sandwiches.

That Being said I think I've had 6 sammies since Sunday, a turkey melt and turkey pot pie. I am officially done with turkey until next year.
