Brewed my second batch last night. A Belgian Tripel kit. Everything that went wrong on my first batch went great this time. I finished at about 2 AM (waited for the kids to go to bed before I started) went to bed and woke up about 7 am. I came downstairs to find a nice 3 inch kraussen had formed while I slept. Now the question I have for you guys is, how do I stop worrying all day that when I get home there's gonna be a huge kraussen explosion all over the place? Any tips? I think I'm more worried about leaving my HB at home by itself than I was when I left my daughter at the babysitters the first time. Lol.
