In rural PA, doing the self sufficiency thing raising goats and chickens, plants a good amount of food, off grid power. Why not throw booze into the ring.

I do wines and meads, my focus being meads since I can harvest honey from the bee's. I've done about a dozen or so batches now with good results.

And I ran into my first problem, which landed me here.

Anyway, that's about all there is to me.
