Hey folks,
Excited to learn more, been at this about 10 years but need to up my learning game as I now have a pallet of bottles and hundreds of lbs of honey from my bees to use. I also make cider from local apples and have planted about 100 cider apple trees over the past 20 years.
Need to learn more about bottling, gravity, getting a good sparkle.. yeast especially - i like to focus on wild ferments but run out of yeast (it seems) a lot of times and gravity stays high in the carboy even after months.
Any input on that would be great!
thanks
Ben
