Hello all,

Just wanted to introduce myself. I've recently become interested in homebrewing again, after about a 15 year hiatus. I did some extract/kit brewing back in 1994 - then quit when I got sent to a submarine in the Navy.

A couple months ago I picked up a few 6 gallon carboys and started brewing again. I had forgotten how fun this hobby is. I'm making the jump to all-grain now in hopes of getting more control of the final product (and it just seems cool).

This site has been an excellent source of info.

Right on... I was MM2(SS) when I got out - USS Pasadena (SSN 752) out of Pearl. My ELT training has been helpful for homebrewing
