As I have looked at some of the recipes on here and elsewhere I'm beginning to wonder if my grain bill is a little light. Here is the recipe I am using for a 5 gallon batch.
4 lbs. Two Row Wheat
4 lbs. White Wheat
4 oz. Munich Wheat
4 oz. Carmel 20
1.5 oz. German Hallertau pellets 4.7% AA
Mash @ 153 in 3 gallons of water and sparge with 4.75 gallons
Danstar Munich Wheat Beer Yeast (Dry)
Any thoughts?
