I can't speak to the mash hopping, I haven't done it for a couple reasons but that's another subject.. I've done several neipas with this hop combo, but mine are reversed from yours, meaning 2:1 citra:nectaron respectively. I've thought about doing a 1:1 ratio but have yet to do so. Next thing is I would double your dryhop amounts, so that you are at or over 2oz per gallon. Recipe looks solid, I like having that low percentage of honey malt in there, adds nice color and your percentage is where I like to be.

Cheers

Thanks! I want Nectaron to be the prominent hop here, which is why I'm doing a 2:1 ratio against the Citra for each charge. Will let you know how it turns out.

I’ve made some very nice beers with 2:1 Nectaron:Citra. That puts them at an even footing, in my opinion, so if you wanted Nectaron forward you might adjust up.

Nectaron also plays exceptionally well with Grove and Sultana (Denali).

Certainly a solid looking recipe! Let us know how it comes out.
I second this. Nectaron is a great hop but will not overpower Citra even at that ratio.

I could be overlook something here but with a starting boil gravity of 1.047 and starting gravity into the fermenter at 1.067, it would require a large boil off rate (or an addition of other fermentables in the boil). The volume going into the fermenter would be less than 5.5gal with the boil off required.

For whatever reason, my first few brews on my new system have boiled off heavily (~2.25 gallons per 60 minutes). Could be because I use a repurposed cajun seafoid boiler that puts out over 100,000 BTU :)

I am still dialing in my system, so you might see some wonky figures in these early recipes that I share.

Well damn, guess I'll swap my amounts on the next batch and see how it goes.
