I’m selling my 8 gallon jacketed fermenter from BH with every accessory known to man.

- 8 Gallon Jacketed Fermenter from Brewers Hardware with all accessories - $1,800 (https://www.brewershardware.com/8-Gallon-Stainless-Steel-Glycol-Jacketed-Conical-Fermentor.html)

- Blichmann Glycol Chiller - $420 (https://www.blichmannengineering.com/glycol-chiller.html?gad_source=1)

Accessories (not all pictured): blow off cane, blow off TC, gauges, butterfly valves for top, racking, and drain, hop dropper, PRV, high pressure lid, extra gaskets, casters, multiple elbows, pumps, and a few more bins full of stuff I’m not thinking about. I’ve got over $3K invested in this.

San Diego pickup only

Beautiful set up. Shame it’s on the wrong coast for me or I would be very tempted. GLWS

Thanks. IMO it’s the best fermenter of this class you can buy.

I haven’t brewed in 2 years (had a kid) and can use the cash.

Great conical. I have the 8 gallon as well and I love it. This is a beast. I think the shipping weight was 85lbs bare.

I know this question comes up from time to time, but in case anyone is interested, the bottom glycol ferrule is about halfway down the cone.

Good luck with sale.

Is the conical still available?
Heads-up:
If you look at the OP's stats, he hasn't logged in here for almost a year (last seen Apr 25, 2024).

Hopefully he still monitors the forum or gets email alerts for any activity on this post and others he's made.

I saw that too, I assumed since the OP wasn't brewing attendance would be limited.

When I bought mine I thought about how hard it would be to move because it was so expensive to buy, but it really is worth it. Just a hard ask, and nearly unshippable!

Another note, it is technically a unitank with that high pressure clamp on it. I believe it is rated to 15 PSI working pressure.

Thanks, I saw that but was hoping he might check in. I've been trying to find a couple of these and since BH isn't selling them anymore used is the only route. If anyone has one for sale... :)
