First Time Extract Recipe

Hi everybody,

I've done two kit-in-a-can brews (cider - bottle conditioning, Irish stout - fermenting) and I'm looking to do my first extract brew. I rather like stouts, porters and ales. I'm wondering if anybody has any recipes suited for a 5 UK gallon/22.5l fermenter. Biggest pots I have are 19 and 14 litres.
