I reached out here when my wife and I went to San Diego. The HB community was extremely helpful.

Good point. I'll throw it out there and see what I get, but I'd also like to know some online (or mobile app) resources for finding great beer spots.

So, I'm traveling to Scottsdale, AZ and Orlando, FL in the next few months. I've been to Scottsdale a bunch, and I know about Goldwater and Four Peaks. Any other spots I should hit in the Phoenix area?

How about Orlando?

Yeah..I use Untappd too. Especially once I'm in the area. But I'll use google maps to scope out how many are in the given area I'm likely to plunk down at while I'm there or so I can plan which to actually hit.

There..might...be a blogger, IG'r, etc., in the areas that you're looking to visit who writes about local watering holes. e.g.,

https://www.sandiegobeer.news for San Diego
Beervana for Portland

You can use Eventbrite to look up craft/food events that might be happening too. They'll usually list the participating breweries, so you can at least get some insight into the names and such.

@aharri1 is in Orlando and may have some good suggestions. The only Orlando area brewery I've actually visited was Crooked Can a couple years ago when I was down there

You definitely want to go to these three breweries. Sideward, redlight redlight, and gatlin hall. I highly recommend also broken strings, ellipsis, and hourglass. Cheers!!
