I know this is odd, but does anyone here know someone selling their house in Logan near Hopewell? Checking out the listing and I saw not only a rather extensive bourbon (mostly Willett) collection, but also a beer stash stored horizontally on wine racks. Just curious as this entire house buying adventure has been a nightmare of multiple, way over list offers and Trixies and Chads starting to dominate the west side...

Post the Redfin, c’mon man!

You know you could save a lot of money moving up here in Jeff Park/Old Irving/Portage. Come change the neighborhood with me! If you hate it you can sell in a year and make money on it :)

Portage won't work for the wife's commute, we are looking in Old Irving as well, mostly in the pocket near Disney II Magnet School (in between Irving/Pulaski/Milwaukee/Addison). Just such a shortage that something new hits the market the hordes come out in droves to hand over large sacks of money...

You can see everything I described much better in the 3D tour, but here you go. This is one of three possible contenders for this week's game of "Let's Make An Offer", so more disappointment to come...
Also, Jesus Christ, you can get a nice-ass SFH with yard and garage in Logan Square for less than the cost of a 2 bed/2 bath in my neighborhood (Lakeview East)? I done ****** up.

1 block to Crown Liquors, 2 blocks to Hopewell & blue line entrance, 4 blocks to Lula & Billy Sunday...sweet location.

Currently have a condo on Armitage directly across the street from Dante's Pizza, kiddy corner from Parson's and Scofflaw, Giant, Moonlighter and Best Intentions to the west of me. Also 2 indoor garage spaces, rooftop deck and all that jazz, we are just done with condo living...

You have the address, so there are pretty easy ways to find the owner based on the cook county tax and recorder portals. It's pretty creepy the amount of information you can get if you're looking in the right places. When I was fighting Cook County on my property valuations last year, I had to do a lot of research on the comparables I was using.

Sorta adorable how three ****s reviewed that label and no one noticed we didn’t call it a witbier on the front. O well. A mildly aged gin wit is the **** and we’re gonna do a ton of em.

TheJB - it’s at the normal haunts and foxtrot markets.

I'll have to go check out the one spot I know for sure gets your deliveries this weekend, I am a sucker for gin BA beers.
