I think he rents. Srs.
I know this is odd, but does anyone here know someone selling their house in Logan near Hopewell? Checking out the listing and I saw not only a rather extensive bourbon (mostly Willett) collection, but also a beer stash stored horizontally on wine racks. Just curious as this entire house buying adventure has been a nightmare of multiple, way over list offers and Trixies and Chads starting to dominate the west side...

You can see everything I described much better in the 3D tour, but here you go. This is one of three possible contenders for this week's game of "Let's Make An Offer", so more disappointment to come...
Funny enough, that's the first thing that stood out to me too. Looks like they have all manners of stupid hobbies....wait is that a giant marimba
Also, they have workout equipment so obviously no one here.
You know you could save a lot of money moving up here in Jeff Park/Old Irving/Portage. Come change the neighborhood with me! If you hate it you can sell in a year and make money on it![]()

That very industrial sized xylophone in the room across from the very sterile nursery. There's going to be a lot of missed calls on moving day.You can see everything I described much better in the 3D tour, but here you go.
True. Where else are we going to hang those clothes that have been worn, but haven't quite been worn enough to require washing just yet?I guarantee you a substantial number of people here OWN workout equipment.
Also, Jesus Christ, you can get a nice-ass SFH with yard and garage in Logan Square for less than the cost of a 2 bed/2 bath in my neighborhood (Lakeview East)? I done ****** up.https://www.redfin.com/IL/Chicago/3539-W-Wolfram-St-60618/home/13446390

Sorta adorable how three ****s reviewed that label and no one noticed we didn’t call it a witbier on the front. O well. A mildly aged gin wit is the **** and we’re gonna do a ton of em.
