Ha. Pretty much my story when I talk about some of the beer that I have. “Yeah, I spend $50-100 to send some stranger a box of beer and I get some in return.”

I'm going to a tiny brewery in Georgia tomorrow. It's a brewery in the back of a print shop. Its called Printers Ale. Maybe i can find some good stuff there.

Likely excuse. How did the brew day go?

Better than planned. I have a new hydrometer coming in the next order as I don't trust the current one, which has been way low on OG and FG, but the wonky hydrometer said I was only off my target by 3 points. The rust was evident though!

Actually yes, thanks. We need a cabinet built for the water softener and hot water tank. We also need someone to make a driveway for us, re-wire the entire house, and put on a second bathroom (half bath could work, too). A deck would be a nice addition while we are at it. Oh, might as well reface or paint the fireplace.

Sorry I don't do small jobs! Actually besides the re-wire...do you have aluminum wiring??... the rest isnt too bad.

Well it only cost me 30k to rewire aluminum to copper with a bunch of modern pot lights and outside lighting installed. That's like...only a first born in California dollars!
