Hi there Ive only been home brewing for a couple of months now and have made (and drank
) the coopers Australian lager kit. Which was quite nice, a little bit watery but all the same I was really happy with the end result.
Since then I have done another couple of brews which are conditioning as we speak.
While waiting for these brews to condition I thought I would knock up another Oz lager kit but this time I thought I'd jazz it up a little bit.
I like polish beers so picked up some Marynka hops and boiled up about 30g of these in some water and added it to my wort and Instead of using the brew enhancer 1, I used the brew enhancer 2 to try to give it a little bit more mouth feel as i felt with the BE1 it was a little bit watery.
I tried to get some lublin/lubelski hops to dry hop with at the end of the ferment before bottling, but couldn't get a hold of any and so will use some saaz instead.
Does anyone think this will turn out OK as I am now beginning to worry because I am still quite new to all of this.
