The Lajestic Vantrashell of Lob
I'm trying my first attempt at a lager now that I have a house with a basement to ferment. I have all the ingredients for my recipe except the yeast. My LHBS apparently doesn't carry lager yeast
. So I'm stuck mail ordering yeast for this batch. I'm going to be using dry yeast since I can get cheaper shipping (~$2-3) than liquid options.
Does anyone have experience or suggestions for dry lager yeast for a Munich dunkel? I was thinking either Saflager S-189 or Mangrove Jack M76.
