Back in June 2024 ...
So I am curious if they are just blending off the shelf DME products or working with a company to create a custom wort that is dried. Williams Brewing seems to be the only company I have seen selling custom LME products in the US.
For the five gal kits I've brewed (Irish Red, I ❤️ IPA), the labels on the DME package have a brief description of the malts.

So, if anyone is ordering either the 'Fresh Pressed IPA' or 'Blonde Ale' kits and is willing to share a photo of the label on the DME package, that might be interesting. (No, I'm not curious enough, at the moment, to email MoreBeer and I'm not restocking on DME of any kind until probably early next year).

I watched few videos reviewing the finished product. All said it was drinkable but a little thin on the mouth. I decided to purchase the Citra Session Kit and decided to do an experiment with the kit.

Took 1 gallon of the 5 gallons needed for this kit and used that to mash 1 lbs of crushed base malt. Used a two gallon pot and a Sous Vide to keep it at 152 degrees for 15 minutes. Once mash finished I pulled the bag with grains (squeezed the grains to get more wort) put that in the pressure fementer poured 2 gallons and the ingredients, poured the final 2 gallons and finally the yeast.

Pressure fermented for 10 days @ 10 psi, pressure transfer to keg. Let stand and carb for two weeks.

Pours clear with nice head. Taste like a solid session pale ale with a good mouth feel, not thin at all. (Sorry for not having a picture of that, maybe I can upload later).

FYI - Used an Ecoflow Power Station for the sous vide.
