I once made a Cream Ale by mistake once. I had made a generic pale ale and a cold snap essentailly lagered the beer after the primary. It was great. It really tasted a light malty creaminess and very smooth but a slight kick with the bittering hops.
I didnt take notes because it really was an accident.
Anyone have a good recipe technique for a cream ale?
