I've been an off-and-on hobbyist brewer for many years but have over 11 years of professional brewery experience and counting. My current setup is 35L BrewZilla and tend to favour brewing lower ABV beers (<5%). Usually I stick to brewing hazy pale ales, saison, and malty English styles, but in 2024 I have the goals of brewing more lager and dabbling in mixed culture saison.
