They sent a batch of cans up in December, but they were already a month old and not great. I actually still have one of them in my fridge because I couldn't even get thru the pack I grabbed.

Ahh damn. These are still pretty fresh. Solid enough but I got hosed on the price. $18 for a sixer, wasn't aware until I checked out. This is what happens when seahag sells out and I have to broaden my horizons

That`s whack, especially since that is not even a "craft beer boutique" in a wealthy neighborhood. It is a grocery store in a working class neighborhood.
As for as KBS in CT, got a 4 pack in FC, happy to be done with bottles for 2015, might try to catch it on draft now.

I've tried to find it at my regular places but I was a day late. I'm going to try a few more places in the Middletown/Glastonbury area, fingers crossed, but it doesn't look good. I was told that the distributor only has 5 cases for my area.

Yea, I'm not a plan b fan either... hate the over cooked burgers, also hate that they don't accept call aheads - their WH location has zero parking (ok, 6 spaces) and no waiting area... Plus the WH tap list has been dreadful for a couple of years.

NO MORE CANNOLI BEER. After reading a few scathing reviews of our Cannoli Beer we've decided to only produce IPA's going forward. Just as the Big 3 went to all light beers we feel its too confusing for consumers to sample variety and creativity. Instead they can just sample hops. And not those English ones. Those suck. Our lineup starting this weekend is Poached Trout In A White Wine Sauce IPA, Dead Monkeys IPA, Mackerel IPA, Lead Monkeys DIPA, Poached Salmon In A White Wine Sauce IPA (not to be confused with Poached Trout In A White Wine Sauce IPA), and finally Helen Shapiro Triple IPA. What about Dead Duck IPA? That wont be available to the public.

Working in Trumbull this week, any bottle shops around i should be checking out. I already hit up a big store in Milford (wine & Spirits?) and Harry's (guys are ********, but have a decent selection) in Fairfield.

I had it on tap in Stamford and thank Buddha I didn't have to wait long or push threw large crowds to get it... It simply was underwhelming... Though I never had the original but still I though KBS from the bottle was better this year.

They tried to tell me my ID from the state of NH was fake and told me I had two options: 1. Leave the ID with them and leave or 2. Call the cops.

I told them to call the cops and since they saw how serious I was they agreed to me bringing them out to the parking lot and showing them my car with NH plates and a NH registration. Bad experience.

Why would a kid with a fake ID buy two bottles of lambic and a $50 bottle of gin. Common sense people.

I guess some other options in Fairfield would be Black Rock Wine, Turnpike Spirit Shop or Mo's. Or just go back to Harry's and enter yourself in the raffle to buy ECBP

14 draft didn't compare to 13 IMHO but to each his own. Haven't had 15 draft yet but I'm sure its delicious!

WOW... That sounds weird... Was it a manager? The owner/manager of the place is a dick so I could see that happening. The reason that place still exists is because of this wine and beer managers they are great. If you deal with him I could see why you had a bad experience...

I think his name was Patrick. He was older with grey hair. The lady at the checkout counter had him come out to check my ID from the back.
