IV made a bunch of cider in the past, Im using carton apple juice.
I had degassed, stablized and cleared my cider, two days later it was CRYSTAL clear.
I syphoned it into a fresh sterilised container and that process turned it cloudy!
I syphoned none of the cake...but I now cant see through it atall/
Iv attempted to use another set of A&B finings and the stuff is just a complete cloud.
What have I done? Why wont it go crystal clear again?
Edit: just to note the left over sitting in the last container is still clear even though I shook it... Im hoping the second finnings hasn't messed anything up.
